The difficult male centric society, enduring of ladies and their responses for equivalent the abstract world.. Girish Karnad has managed with the sexual orientation issues in practically the entirety of his plays. Naga Mandala is a women'sactivist play that not just assaults and uncovered male fanaticism, the constraint of ladies, Itis a play on the liberation and empowerment of the women who have to play an essentialrole for the revival of a deteriorated social order. It looks to analyze the elements and measurements of Rani's excursion from the underestimated position to the focal one in her conjugal life

Aravind Adiga's Man Booker Prize winning introduction novel The White Tiger is sharp, interesting, assaults neediness and foul play. The White Tiger is a weighty Indian epic. Aravind Adiga discusses concealment and misuse of different areas of Indian culture. Primarily a story of Balram, a little fellow's excursion from poverty to newfound wealth, Darkness to Light changing from a town teashop kid into a Bangalore business visionary. This paper manages neediness and unfairness.. The hero Balram in this novel is a survivor of bad form, disparity and neediness. He buckled down inspite of his low standing and conquered the social obstacle and become a effective business person. Through this novel Adiga depicts practical and difficult picture of modern india. The novel exposes anxities of the oppresse

The current examination is an endeavor to research followed of Homi K Bhabha's postcolonial key thoughts in V. S. Naipaul's A House for Mr. Biswas. Postcolonialism as a postmodern methodology looks to show the connection between the colonizer and the colonized. In the composed of Bhabha, portrayed best in The Location of Culture (1994), he focuses on the correspondence of societies and takes a gander at the manners in which that two societies join into one another. In observing Naipaul's A House for Mr. Biswas as a postcolonial text, by the assistance of Postcolonial hypotheses of Homi Bhabha it is asserted that thementioned novel summarizes Naipaul's way to deal with how people identify with places

Spoof detection using time-delay shallow neural network and feature switching

Detecting spoofed utterances is a fundamental problem in voice-based biometrics. Spoofing can be performed either by logical accesses like speech synthesis, voice conversion or by physical accesses such as replaying the pre-recorded utterance. Inspired by the state-of-the-art \emph{x}-vector based speaker verification approach, this paper proposes a time-delay shallow neural network (TD-SNN) for spoof detection for both logical and physical access. The novelty of the proposed TD-SNN system vis-a-vis conventional DNN systems is that it can handle variable length utterances during testing. Performance of the proposed TD-SNN systems and the baseline Gaussian mixture models (GMMs) is analyzed on the ASV-spoof-2019 dataset. The performance of the systems is measured in terms of the minimum normalized tandem detection cost function (min-t-DCF). When studied with individual features, the TD-SNN system consistently outperforms the GMM system for physical access. For logical access, GMM surpasses TD-SNN systems for certain individual features. When combined with the decision-level feature switching (DLFS) paradigm, the best TD-SNN system outperforms the best baseline GMM system on evaluation data with a relative improvement of 48.03\% and 49.47\% for both logical and physical access, respectively

A comprehensive study on disease risk predictions in machine learning

    Get PDF
Over recent years, multiple disease risk prediction models have been developed. These models use various patient characteristics to estimate the probability of outcomes over a certain period of time and hold the potential to improve decision making and individualize care. Discovering hidden patterns and interactions from medical databases with growing evaluation of the disease prediction model has become crucial. It needs many trials in traditional clinical findings that could complicate disease prediction. Comprehensive survey on different strategies used to predict disease is conferred in this paper. Applying these techniques to healthcare data, has improvement of risk prediction models to find out the patients who would get benefit from disease management programs to reduce hospital readmission and healthcare cost, but the results of these endeavours have been shifted

An Explanation for Inconsistent Word Order Typologies in Some Southeast Asian Languages

    Get PDF
In this paper we would like to begin to explore some problems in the word order typology of Southeast Asian (SEA) languages, using lexicase as the theoretical framework within which to seek explanations. We will step into one of the well-trodden areas of linguistic structure in Southeast Asia, that of quantifier constructions, an area in which Professor Vichin Panupong (1970, pp. 56-66) led the way by providing, from a structuralist point of view, the earliest insightful description for Thai. It is our purpose to show that some of the apparent anomalies in the typological characteristics of quantifier constructions are resolved when they are analyzed within the constraints of lexicase. Along the way we shall digress into the structure of noun phrases containing lexical items translated as adjectives in certain Philippine languages, which we will show to be typologically identical in many respects to noun phrase structures of some mainland SEA languages containing quantifiers

Evaluation of phytochemical compounds in Corbichonia decumbens (Frossk). Excell by using Gas Chromatography – Mass Spectrometry

The aim of the present study was to investigate the presence of phytochemical compounds and GCMS analysis of Corbichonia decumbens. The Soxhlet apparatus was used for the organic solvent extraction. Solvents used were hexane and ethanol. The results showed in preliminary phytochemical analysis alkaloids, Flavonoids, Saponins, Glycosides, Steroids were observed in hexane and ethanolic extracts. The Phenols and Tanins were present only in ethanolic extract. The GC-MS analysis has shown the presence of different phytochemical compounds in the ethanolic extract Corbichonia decumbens. A total of 30 compounds were identified representing 84.49% of total methanolic extract composition. Our findings provided evidence that organic solvent extracts of tested plant contain medicinally important bioactive compounds and it justifies their use in the traditional medicines for the treatment of different diseases.

Extraction of High Utility Itemsets using Utility Pattern with Genetic Algorithm from OLTP System

To analyse vast amount of data, Frequent pattern mining play an important role in data mining. In practice, Frequent pattern mining cannot meet the challenges of real world problems due to items differ in various measures. Hence an emerging technique called Utility-based data mining is used in data mining processes. The utility mining not only considers the frequency but also see the utility associated with the itemsets. The main objective of utility mining is to extract the itemsets with high utilities, by considering user preferences such as profit, quantity and cost from OLTP systems. In our proposed approach, we are using UP growth with Genetic Algorithm. The idea is that UP growth algorithm would generate Potentially High Utility Itemsets and Genetic Algorithm would optimize and provide the High Utility Item set from it. On comparing with existing algorithm, the proposed approach is performing better in terms of memory utilization. DOI: 10.17762/ijritcc2321-8169.15039
